You mean like a bunch of warriors, that would fight with wooden clubs, no armour and wouldn't be able to keep up with the current 3 factions at all ... which would have to be enforced artificially for the sake of *balance* but wouldn stand a chance in real like shaman?

I don't think there is a need for that now. There are plenty of heroes to add for each faction.
