    DMR suggestions

im a big fan of semi-auto marksmen rifles. unfortunately the the g28 and sr25, tho are different, look to similar to me. the draginov is in every shooter out there, and the mk14 is actually different being its select fire. I'm a bf4 fan and a gun I fell in love with is the RFB. I love the .308 bullpup design, fully ambidextrous and ejects out the front of the gun. id love to own one but there like 1,500-2,000$. since its a bullpup it could have higher handling then any of the other DMR's. please don't ruin it by giving it a really low rate of fire. what other DMR's would you like to see?

    Bullpups are overrated.

Give me a LaRue OBR any day.

It's actually used by US SOF.

also how hard would it be to add a DMR section so I can carry more ammo for my g28 and not be hindered by sniper amounts?

This is one of my biggest complaints about the game.

The bullet drop in this game makes using DMRs nasty. Especially on Tier mode when you are trying to snipe enemies and you misjudge the distance of the shot with the bad elevation marks on the scope, and now you lose the one hit stealth kill, and each DMR at base damage takes 2-3 hits on the chest to kill enemies. I just stick with the BFG. Semi-auto, 1-shot, destroys vehicles in a single hit.

M1A SOCOM II so long as there's additional ammo for it.

Klaymond I agree. A Socom would be awesome. They have the M14 I would love to see that as an assault rifle and the socom as a DMR.

the ranges I use the g28 at, the bullet drop isn't all that bad (100-450). I found if you range in your preferred setup and write down the ranges you'll never miss. i use the g28-g28-20mag-vfg2-3dot-long barrel- and I prefer to use the stock barrel end. my range card looks like this

    +) 150
    -) 200
    -.5) 250
    o) 300
    -) 350
    o)400
    o.5) 450

note: if your running ranged elite this should work for you.
beyond that you should be using a high-power rifle but it is still possible with a DMR.

Aye, stick to one Rifle and one Scope, get used to it and you're fine.

im not saying to use a specific weapon, I'm the biggest advocate for use what looks cool. I'm just saying sometimes its really nice to be able to look at a chart with the ranges on it.
