The pk is a joke right now. She has surprisingly low stamina, a few lights eats them all away. Her dagger cancel is inferior to the shaman's. Her dodge attacks are inferior to the shaman's (only dodge attacks not comboed into anything, and to deal full damage, you have to waste additional stamina for the deep gouge). Her zone is nothing special now, others have safer zones for more damage. She has no tools that forces anything but blocks and cgbs. Her damage is so low that she loses any trades. She has zero access to her executions. Her bleeds are quite pointless (no regen, special attacks or buffs gained through them), her punishes are very weak and consume most of her stamina. Her guard is probably bugged, because if she is hit/blocks a heavy, she mostly doesn't react to a guard stance change command. If her opponent runs out of stamina, she can get nothing out of it (while she is quite punishable now in oos).
She is just frustrating to play with right now, she needs at least an unblockable or damage buff to be viable (or just remove the deep gouge and work it into the heavy attacks).
Oh, in Tribute the Level 4 Self-Destruct Feat can be a game saver! Had plenty of good laughs because I died within 3-4 people in the end of a Tribute and killed em all. ^^Originally Posted by RolandVermund Go to original post

Now here is my current Problems that I have with PK that I experienced since the "rework":
1) PK has 0 tracking and is helpless vs side dodging attacks.
None of her attacks have any kind of tracking (not talking about a side sweep, that's not tracking that's a sweep. tracking would mean the character turns sideways, for example shinobi kick turns with you if you misstime your dodge) and she can't bait those attacks any other way than feinting which costs a ton of stamina and guarantees nothing, because even her dagger cancel would still hit at the same time the heavy attack would hit, and has no tracking just like all the other attacks.
2) PK has no ways to open up a turtle.
PK has no unblockables, uninterruptables or anything to do against a turtle opponent other than cheesing by spamming dagger cancels, which will get predictable and is just a completely un-fun way of playing, for the PK and the opponent. Other than that she has no ways of doing anything besides hoping for a mistake by canceling heavies into dodges or guardbreaks, which force a turtle to nothing and they will just stare at you wasting your stamina.
3) Bleed is unrewarding and unfun.
Yes we can stack bleed from dagger cancel now, and we have bleed on our guardbreak (even though the bleed is the only thing we can get out of a guardbreak cause her heavies are slow as ****) but we don't have any reward in getting bleed on the enemy and because this is now, that all the direct dmg has been nerfed our "main" dmg comeback from the nerfs it just forces us to stack bleed and then run like hell just so we don't die while we have to wait for the bleed to tick. There is no incentive and that kind of Playstyle is boring for us, and boring for the enemy, while giving us no other chance due to dmg reductions and no mechanic that would make use of the bleed otherwise.
4) She has no possibilities to mix up attacks from a direction standpoint.
Everything besides of a standing light or heavy attack has a set attack direction and offers a pk nothing to outplay an enemy, and the only way of getting any mixup is going for a heavy feint into a light attack (like i said heavies are super slow so no reason to let them fly) or a dagger cancel, which like i said is a un-fun mechanic in general.
5) She gets barely anything out of a counter as "counter attacker".
Pk gets barely anything out of a parry or deflect, because we can just get a light attack out of parry which follows into nothing, or get a low dmg bleed (my problem with bleed is written in point 3) which doesn't feel good to use.
( 6) She can rarely get executions.This is more of a quality of life thing, but pk has, just like shinobi, a hard time of getting an execution due to the problems mentioned above, and thus has a severe selfsustain problem)
