When I'm doing a mission and the enemy knocks me down, I don't like to be healed by my AI team, I prefer to take it as a death, so I go out to the menu, reload and start the mission from the beginning. It's just something that came to my mind because I always had a feeling of dissatisfaction when my team reanimated me.
Another thing I always like to do, is kill every enemy of an enemy zone, it does not matter if the mission is complete, I don't leave before all enemies are dead.
An example of all this is what happened to me yesterday, I was playing the mission where you have to steal a car in Inca Camina, where the base if full of enemies, after almost half hour inside the base killing stealthy almost everyone before leaving with the car, an enemy heard a body fall and they detected me, the shooting started and one ******bag knock me down, without thinking and with tears in my eyes I go out to the menu and re started all the mission. But it was worth it, this time I cleared the whole base in complete stealth and leave the zone with the car without problems. It's the first time I've managed to clean that base in complete stealth in day time.
What oddity you do in the game?
I started forcing myself to play only with close-range stealth (melee/silenced pistols) instead of sniping from long distance. I get more enjoyment from it, even though it is probably the less sensible option.
One time I also decided to see how long I could play while keeping a hostage, but I got frustrated when it turned out that I couldn't cross a river with him in tow.![]()
Hahaha, I usally do the same, it's bad to abondon our AI teamOriginally Posted by AI BLUEFOX Go to original post, in the beginning I though I had to wait for them, but one time I was in a hurry and couldn't wait for them so I took off and they respawned into my car, but I try my best to wait for them
.
It is nice feature if your AI teammates will find another vehicle and follow you everytime you leave them rather than spawn automatic..Originally Posted by AI BLUEFOX Go to original post
I used to think so too, until I got tired of one of them (usually Weaver) taking too damn long to "Get to the choppa"!, as Arnold says. Sometimes (not as often) one will also get stuck on something, like a dock.Originally Posted by AI BLUEFOX Go to original post
Waiting for AI teammates is something I do too. I spotted using helos because there are too many of them and I like the additional randomness of travelling by car. Especially when having a HTV with me.
Oh and I also break off missions when I get shot down. After the first heal I useally retreat.
And I've been only using a pistol and one main weapon (usually a LMG) for a very long time, ignoring the secondary.
