Another insta-melt question - where can I get this setup?

Came across two different rogues last weekend who were able to do this. They weren't moving fast or shooting through walls, I cannot be certain but it didn't appear they had magic homing bullets either, so I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but still the speed and firepower is so absurdly fast it's suspicious.

I have roughly 600k toughness and a bit over 6k STAM on my Classy Striker build. Both the guys were running Pred, and from full health I was down in about half a second. I know there's the perception thing that can deceive you on time, but I engaged them several times and paid attention. Pouring my gunfire into them (giving me small Striker heal bonus) I still couldn't even finish "one, one thousand." Three times in a row I got to "one.." and was down and out. I was in a group, so alas no auto-popping ult.

If you or anyone you know can legitimately do this to a 600k, 6k STAM Striker build I want to know what is YOUR build and stats. If this is legit what kind of FA stats do I need to literally have a hand-held minigun in-game? I have 7 Classified sets now but can't do this with any of them, so I am looking to set the next goal (if I don't get tired of this game first).

Or, is there a cheat that just rolls you 100k FA or something (if it can't be done legitimately)?

RPG = management. All your decision influential on your possibilities. Firearm and stamina just the base, there is everything talent of every parts samething for your weapons + the mod.

    There is no winning recipe!

This jungle you kill first or you die.

Dont think to résit, think to kill.

Uh yeah, of course that's all a given. I've done the same with mine and have 47% CHC and 104% CHD on my House + 370k base damage, plus all talents are active and give more damage bonus. Same with major and minor attributes of every gear piece - all chosen carefully and to maximize damage.

I've been playing the game off and on for two years and know there's no combination of skills, talents and/or attributes that [legitimately] spins your damage up that high though (1,000%??), so in this case FA is not the starting point but clearly one of the key components.

its just that they are engaging you a full second before you even see them do it. All i do is hunt rogues, whenever i come across a group thats 90% of the time from Brazil, the lag is unreal. Just like you, ill be dead before ill ever get the bleed notice. Most times its hard to catch visually but it was so bad two nights ago, i was dead on the ground before he even raised his weapon on my screen multiple times.

I hate to point out but.... what are your actual hitpoints? Whats the average bullet dmg with 47% chc and 104% chd?

Getting focused by 2 or more ppl can have the same effect as you thinking one person shot you. Im afraid due to this game and its lack of transparency its difficult to know exactly what is going on in group encounters. For instance I have 700k tgh and almost 500k hitpoints and I can still go down like a sack of potatoes dropped from a height! Add to that pulse and booster bonuses and you see what Im getting at! Also what armor do you have on your gears? I know it probably doesnt make any difference but..... if its optimized it should take away some of the damage. If not then more damage will happen per bullet.

But yeah..... its highly suspicious if you cant even move into nearby cover or cannot in the first instance pop a medkit. Ive been on the receiving end of a few lone gunmen that I suspect used some sort of RPM glitch. Which is another possible reason. At least for some of these insta-melts.

Or as moesuvious has said it could just be a lag issue. Connection seems to be the no. 1 factor in winning a contest.

Its hard to say just based on someones words with out video or something. But in 90% u get melted if someone have good pulse. MY AK with good pulse and booster shoot land 50-55k crits in body.

    Or yes just laggers.

My base damage (per shot) starts at 43k, but very quickly ramps to 79k (House running at ~1,000 RPM + Classified Striker stacks). But again, the question isn't so much MY damage is the other guy's, and how he can do such a high level.

Also, while I was in a group they were not - it was a single guy in all of the cases I am referring to above. And yes, they destroyed my entire team single-handedly. I did see them take some damage, so it's not like they had a "god mode" cheat, but they melted myself and my teammates so fast we barely got any shots in on them.

The lag was something I hadn't thought about. I know there are lag switches they can use to their advantage. I wonder if that's not giving him a full second advantage like moesuvious points out...

This matters less than your hitpoint damage. Once my Striker winds up (which is mega fast because of 1,000 RPM House) I am doing almost 80k damage per hit, once every 0.06 seconds.

But again, you are missing the entire point of my query. It's not about "why did I lose?" It's about what kind of stats can table enough firepower that you can tear through 600k toughness in literally half a second. I have above average stats and can't come close to that melting power, so if he is legit what combination can make that possible? If it's an actual possibility (without cheating) what should I set as my next gear/weapons/stat goal to achieve insta-melt capability?

So you were getting focused? Then if its not lag and they are not matching your ability to TTK then I would say its highly suspicious behaviour. It could be the loadout exploit that ppl have been saying or just hacks with higher damage.

As for the lag switches it might not even be that but just a bad connection to the server.

Its one of the frustrating aspects of this game in the dz. Wo more transparency there isnt an ideal way of seeing whats what.

Its a good question. They may just have been a glass cannon.... but if they are it doesnt explain why your team couldnt take them down after one or two of you dropped. So again.... very suspicious. Esp. since the game has some balance in what you can do; glass cannon vs tank vs balanced build. If someone, esp. a solo player is getting the benefits of being a tank and a cannon then that goes against the game. I mean even a dead eye 1/2 shot sniper would be in trouble of the team got too close to them.
