    I signed in to siege and my season pass is gone, I have to click on CLUB on HOME the. My season pass appears is this a known issue?

    This needs to be fixed

    I purchased the year 3 pass over 2 weeks ago and all I recieved were my R6 credits then you guys said that you resolved the issue and you guys said to go to the store and go back to the main menu so I did and I recieved all my stuff yesterday but then I logged back in today and all my stuff is gone again i am starting to get really aggravated YOU GUYS NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM

    Year 3 pass

    Hello, I purchased the Year 3 pass yesterday on May 25th and seems to be having the same issue. I got the 600 renown but everything else is missing. I don't know if it helps to say that I already purchased Lion and Finka before I bought the pass but from my understanding the skins and everything else should be there. I have already submitted a ticket to Ubisoft support but so far no luck with the ideas that were sent out.

    how to fix it

    i just bought this pass on PS4 right now and yeah the first i get in the main menu is only the 600 R6 credit. all you need to do to get thr VIP is go to Shop > Digital Content > select to buy the Pro League All Sets (or any digital content) then when you go to psn store press "back" and the VIP will appear.

    its suck we all know that but dev team should really fix this because its the income you're getting from us the player for supporting the game.
    i hope the launch for OPERATION PARA BELLUM in console will be smooth for the gameplay or the seasson pass owner for receiving their promised operator content etc.

    UPDATE 30 MAY 12:54 WIB TIME
    the problem keep appearing after you close application and you have to do the same step again Shop > Digital Content > .....

    Dev team you guys really need to fix this as a priority!!!! a lot of people have this problem in console i ask my teams they experience the same thing too.
    Treat your customer closely, things like this that make you guys looks bad for PR.

    Hope you fix this ASAP.
