Really, all of you should open support tickets. Each ticket costs Ubisoft money (in theory) so even if you are not getting the paid currency, Ubisoft will "pay" for that LOL. And who knows, maybe there will be so many support tickets open that they will just implode and fix it (or take the feature out)

Yep, it’s August and it’s the same. I think A.M.R. may be correct

Still happens as of today,August 26, 2020. Isn't a bug at all. Ubisoft doing it in purpose. Happens to every friend of mine too. But IF we try to get Helix from store, work's as intended. Just think clever: If anyone could earn free Helix in-game, who's left to buy from ubistore with real currency? It's just logic, not nuclear physics.

    Hey there guys!

I'm sorry to hear that you are receiving an error when trying to collect social helix glitches. It would appear you are experiencing some connectivity issues due to the error message you received.

Could you please try the connectivity troubleshooting steps for us? This will help to ensure that your connection to our servers is optimal.

You didn't read the thread correctly and just posted a macro text. right?

It's NOT on the player side *******it!! ITS YOUR SERVICE THAT IS NOT WORKING!!

I can confirm these social glitches still don't work as intended because i get the error myself and NO i don't have ANY connectivity issues because I'm on Discord at the same time, i am writing here right now and the Uplay Launcher works just fine. It's not our fault so stop posting those stupid texts when you didn't even care to read through the thread before!

    Hey there,

We completely understand that your connection may be very stable, however the connectivity guide we sent is designed to configure your network to work with the game. Specifically the port forwarding steps will help with this.

Any trouble with this and we will be more than happy to help!

November 22, 2020. Sitll not working. I have followed all these "fixes" and "connectivity guides" and still nothing. I did find this:
    REFERENCE ID: 000079757
UBISOFT CONNECT - IN-GAME REWARDS NOT BEING DELIVERED FOLLOWING CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES
We are aware that some players are not receiving their in-game items unlocked through Ubisoft Connect.

Our teams are actively working on a resolution.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Now this was posted in response to ppl not getting rewards with the newest game "Valhalla" and I realize that this game is now 4 in the series old, but I always try to replay all the games through then get the newest release. However, I don't see any reason for ubisoft to care about a game that is being given out free on some platforms or with a huge discount because it is 4 releases old. I mean, it would be nice, but I just figure I will blast through this one and move on within the week, so hopefully the next one "Origins" is less buggy. I hope this post helped anyone else out there!

Yeah so now it's January 18th of 2021 and it still will not work. I am not going to spend a couple hours doing the 15 different "solutions" in the connectivity page. This is 100% a tactic by Ubisoft since clearly people are complaining about it, and they know AC Syndicate still gets love, so they won't even bother fixing it just to get more money. I just wanna be able to get a few damn gang upgrades, but instead I can't even refill my throwing knives. **** you Ubisoft.

    January 30.
One social glitch failed and I left.
I found a different one and had the "unavailable" problem. I went up and tried again. I got it :/
