    Having the same problem since last night

    Samsung Galaxy S7 with the same issue force closed and cleared cashe for Google play and cleared cashe for SPPD but nothing helped. Opened a ticket last night but with the 48 hours to respond I've since stumbled upon this so thought I'd flag up that it's happening on another device.

    Edit: problem solved clearing cashe of Google play Services not Google play games.

    If I delete all data, will my game progress will also be deleted?

    The issue can be resolved by going to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Storage > Manage Space and then click "Clear all data".

    Launching Phone Destroyer then works again for me . The site mentions you need to clear the data after every reboot (untill google releases a patch for this problem).
    If I delete all data, will my game progress will also be deleted?

    Your progress is kept safe on our side of things, so you can uninstall without fear! Just be sure you log back in with the same email as you used before.
