Google Play Games Login stuck | Forums

Hello,

Since last night I cannot login in the app anymore. Everytime the app launches it shows the Google Play Games popup with the message "Log in to Google Play Games to play the game. You can do it in your device settings." (Which I did, but the popup keeps coming)

I tried the following already:
- Reinstalling South Park Phone Destroyer via the App Store.
- Downloading and installing South Park Phone Destroyer via APKMirror.
- Reinstalling Google Play Games (version 5.7.06).
- Logging in/out of Google Play Games.
- Rebooting the phone.
- Clearing the data/cache from the Google Play Games-app.

Any idea how to resolve this issue? Thanks .

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Seems that you have tried the basic troubleshooting steps, so I'd ask that you open a Ubisoft Support ticket so that they may get a bit more information from you and have you try some other solutions.

Huawei P10 Lite (Android 7.0). Application ran fine for several months up until now.

Me too, i'm using an Huawei honor 6x.

It seems that it only happens on models of the brand Huawei?

Yeah it seems so. My system EMUI needs an update I cannot download right now due to a lack a WiFi. Those who owned a Huawei are you in the new update system, "Was.... B138" ? And if so, do you still have this connexion pbe?
