Seriously guys? You choose right f-ing now to do server maintenance. You couldn't have waited 15 f-ing minutes. And to eff over everyone currently in a match when u decide to do this, so whoever wins, gets a connection failed and f-ing counts as a loss?
#1MAKE CONNECTION ISSUES A F-ING DRAW. MAKE ANY ISSUE WHERE IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF ANY CHARACTER, RESULT IN A DRAW. SERIOUSLY.... I MEAN OBCIOUSLY IF A PERSON HIT THE EXIT BUTTON, THEN IT SHOULD SING THE PLAYER REAPONSIBLE FOR EXITING THE MATCH ON PURPOSE!
#2. That would solve all the connection issue gripes. And prevent stupid bs like this happening. I haven't won a f-ing match all night and now when I finally win... You guys are doing f-ing maintenance at the end of a f-ing event. Brilliant. Pure brilliance.... Great scheduling and planning and ****. Jesus f*ck
Hi,
The event should have ended a bit sooner, that's on us. Unfortunately some of these maintenances that occur are out of our hands and the start times cannot be adjusted by us. In the future we will try and make sure there is a bit more space between the end of the events and the server maintenances that will occur, even if that means making the events a little bit shorter.
A connection loss issue simply cannot be a draw, as that would be easily exploitable. Anyone who is about to lose a match, could simply cut their connection to force a draw and that is the main reason it has to be treated as a loss.
Are you not able to force end every battle taking place during the start of a maintenance? Connection lost during pve is fine, but instant draw during pvp would be a lot less frustrating to every player who just happens to be having a match at the exact time maintenance starts?
I too have fallen victim to maintenance mayhem. I won right before the maintenance last night, and on my victory screen it said connection failure and I wasn't getting any rewards. Then the exact same thing happened today... except this time in pve. I won, couldn't connect to server. Not as big a deal because it's just pve, but pvp should definitely automatically draw every current match immediately prior to maintenance starting.
There has to be a way.
