Yea, I was Streaming this moment, I'm downloading the video now and will clip it to post it here. In short, I was playing Ranked Duel Tourney, I got to second match, second round of second match, when after winning 2-0 the opponent decided to disconnect. It was already start of third round, it said he was replaced by a Bot, but he wasn't, no bot spawned. So I had to wait 3 minutes to win the duel, but in that time I was disconnected for inactivity, got a ranked penatly, and had my bad bronze league ranking go down almost from Bronze II to halfway through bottom of Bronze I.
How is that acceptable? Can I have help with this problem please? video will be uploaded shortly.

Sorry to hear you lost so much ranking for this!
Were you standing still for a while before you were disconnected? If you hadn't been moving then it's likely our system detected you were AFK which triggered the kick.
This is intended behaviour to remove players who are no longer playing the game, but I can see how in your situation it may seem unfair.
