[PC]Lost my Unlocked Characters of Free Weekend | Forums

I played For Honor in this last Free Weekend (05/05 and 05/06), and I unlocked 2 characters in this time. But when I bought the Starter Edition of the game by -33% in this Monday (05/07), My characters had the right level, but they were locked. Later I found out that my friends (who started playing in the Free Weekend too) kept the characters they unlocked in the Free Weekend unlocked after buying the full game. They told me there was something wrong with my game, so I'm here to know if it is really a problem, and if it is, how do I get the characters I unlocked back.
