I predict ubisoft will give us map builders more options in the coming months.
This is what i think will come over the next 3 - 6 months.
- abillity to start a public match with a playlist of maps. minimum 2 player start. this will run along side current system. so quick match and custom match..
- public match browser for players wanting to join a match/host of choice
- featured maps will change in some way, maybe novelty and regular maps.
- the focus of mp will swing from players, to both players and mappers (you need maps to play mp) so it will change from 80% for players and 20% for mappers to 50/50 even, as it should be. players need us, and we need players.
I know many mappers are feeling downbeat at the moment, but try and stick it out and see what happens. fingers crossed.
You are very optimistic, I doubt we will see any of this in 2018 or ever.. but yeah I hope this will turn like that!
I think maybe they will do big changes in MP after one year.. like they did with GRWD
They said they are focusing on SP big bugs at the moment, multiple times.. even if everybody finished the game 2-3 times. sad.
The thing is, we have 6 content drops coming in the future and with all the ubisoft talk about games as a service, i dont think they will dump fc5 like they did with 3,4. they need to keep the map making community alive for this to work.Originally Posted by rioseven Go to original post
Great optimism mate! Truly hope your right...but im a little sceptical when it comes to ubi & FC.
But tbh, the player count is too low for me.
No respawning vehicles is also bad.
In general, the gun play needs a bit of work imo.
Lets just hope, im far from out yet
Lets also hope the DLC doesnt come with more SP bugs...we need some love in MP & arcade too!
Hello all,
as I said previsouly, I can't detail what we have in store for Arcade, but be assured that the dev team is working on improvements
you now can chose the maps you want to play when you start a Private lobbyOriginally Posted by usmovers_02 Go to original post![]()
