Um they get beheaded by the chokeslam so yes it does? Poor lawbringer had to go through jokes being made at his expense over the victim falling dead before he finally got a beheading one.

We have too many decaps already. Some are somewhat questionable. It's like the head was attached with a pair of strings.

Having been on this game since before release, I can't really recall a time there's been a mass outcry for more Raider decapitations. Lawbringers on the other hand...we'll just say I'm glad they finally got theirs today.
