    We all been preaching FC2 lobbies a while back long before you were thought of here on the forums. Ya act like zero was the master mind of the whole show. I been here since end of FC2 when the show was slipping if FC3 will stand up and it didn't. Where were all you here? I was the only legit pissed off person here. FC3 died. I blame you all. I'm actually shocked no one started a lawsuit. Heck I read McDonalds got a lawsuit for a piece of cheese. So I take it UBISOFT owes us the world. Already with no picking maps is false advertisement. Since its no option since they said that was a option. I hope somebody sues them good! They owe us! Give me a $60 refund!

    I am still having a problem with lakes.

    When I set the length and width to custom settings, if I place the lake volume in a location that is above ground level (making a fountain that is uphill from surrounding player areas) when a player is downhill from the water area, but WELL OUTSIDE the visible water areas range, it forces the player into a swim animation, as if they are under water...which they are not.

    @ hoboitchy - that is a sikk glitch I would have used as a playable air conveyor - you say you swim in air? outstanding work, now they might kill that bug. SOME BUGS DESERVE TO LIVE!!!......
    not upset at you, just disappointed but the feeling is moot since the lob sys is fuqt now...

    @graw2robz - ive been on since jan 09 fc2-fcv. map raging (map hard , poach hard , host hard) killed two boxes over it.... 200+ map count, name branded and 99% full assets

    lets try some intuitiveness on this subject of public player maps
    1 if we unlock the fcv public player lobbies it may kill some current titles
    2, these big fish comingle ie executives and lawyers and economists
    3 they control your update flow as they control the money flow, the structure of the tree
    4 just think of why water is not used for gasoline - it would destroy the world wide economy because its free, just as tesla's free energy program is hush, just as some things in this world remain hidden for good reasons, not to upset the public,
    5 I have a feeling we upset the public (far cry comm) with our map dominations - I know this for a fact as being an infamous mapper - pro glitch, challenge modes, purging, fame whoring, noob lusting for fresh meat to pone and hook to my brand..... I got a sh1t ton of hate mail, made hundreds of fans and also mites (frenemies)
    it got to the point I was neglecting my reality to be a map god in the digital world of far cry. If I could do it again I would cut the insanity in at least half, but lawyers and bigwigs play it safe and kill the potential threat before it can come back on them. especially if it involves losing money and doubled down if it has already happened in the past.
    they must have been bribed to do this lobby killing....

    its funny how we all cry about a video game when in reality we need serious help, however I can admit to one good thing altogether here
    far cry 2 was the best comradery xp I ever gained as a real life skill and for that ubi I thank you

    I still have faith you can do the right thing and look at the good of continuing the public players lobbies as they are a nest for friendships for millions of desperate kids in need
    they may have a parent working late to ends meet, or have a sickness that challenges one to the reality of the world.... not every one has a life and even on the flip to that it is nice to decompress with a sikk custom map with your peeps chirping to the sound of your music, it feels like you can win in this life....

    now we are forced to wait trial,
    prepare yourselves for the reality of life kids, get work done be humble and obey
    &
    make maps as fast as you can and as hard as you can if its your bag and you want it I say take it while you can because look at what happened to fcv in 2018

    HOLE tool glich !

    my caves are broken , its preventing my map from being played they way i intended and player are using the one way wall effect to conceal them selves while have a perfect line of sight , and the 7 second spawn shield HAS TO GO im not sure what up if maybe your dev team deosn't Grind any FPS like the rest of us do but 7 seconds of superman is gamebreaking (7 second is the qualifying time for a bull rider that's really EFFeN long ) every close maps rating are diving becuase the spawn shield broke all one hit killmaps are broken completely broken because of the 8 second spawn shield , 7 second spawn is not how you resolve featuring maps that have poor spawn mechanics , suggestion spawn where off after player take a certian amount of step forward pr A soon as they open fire their spawn shield should drop heck as soon as they ADS would be even better honestly 3 second is more than enough if your gonna stick with the spawn sheld
    so honestly its kinda annoying that are maps are not getting ported properly from our console to the server and back also the decals aren't showing up the hieght maping and bumb mapping from the decals is there just the texture is not showing up this may be related to the hole tool glitch

    SO please fixe the 7 second spawn shield so the newbs that like nuke town because they actually get a kill because you can cross the damn map with spawn shield still on , will get wrecked and stop voting puke town when we're posting player created map by designers with working imaginations ,instead of safe regurgitation of COD turd maps like High rises janky floors and walls that don't line up mediocrity its best and stolen none the less and it gets 4 + stars COD lovers are toxic filling the tops rated maps with polished turds yeah you +++++ (not really gonna name drop thats dooshy) please do us all a favor grow a pair and get an imagination and make something original instead of Safe Cod maps ....

UBI im bi langual French American so if you want i'll come work for you guys and help fi your mp it seems like your staff is over worked or under manned or your project is too ambitious for the amount of talent you have so im offering mine , is there anyway i can help there is no reason FC5 multi playing can compete with BF and COD we simply need more game mode Objective based game modes , and a better vetting process for one trick pony map type like toys room , shovel dookie , and small soldiers , these map may be fun but when a BF player plays FC 5 for the first time and they get stuck playing 2 rounds of shove dodgers toys room and between the wind and water , it make the fc5 arcade look like childish goofiness so serious tactical player that like maps like Paris, abby ,and dragons genesis have have to sit through 1 and half of one trick pony maps that appeal primarily to prepubescent children who in all sense and purpose shouldn't even be playing your game but mom an dad use the console as a babysitter. so maybe create a party game lobby and a tactical lobby or something of that nature because good tactical maps get hated on by Shovel dodgers lovers and one tirck pony maps get hated by tactical players if they were in the own sub category maybe they wouldn't get hatted on just cause it not some ones style , tired of cry babies taking a bad round out on the map dev down voting a map just cause you got yo *** kicked on it is inhuman and immature ,

    this is my freestyle 202nd ish map for the far cry legacy - its big and battle fieldy so put lots vhix and a heli in it ") along with what you most likely will never see mapped FX MECHS SHIPS GLITCHES all of the above you mention for a real mappers map- full scale sikk

    So many textures on my published maps have been reverted to default that it has (once again) killed my motivation to create anything.

    Why make a map if it isn't going to stay the way I made it?

    Unless I missed it, I have STILL not seen Ubisoft even mention it since the last update.

    The new Vietcong AI are bugged they go into tipos all the time, also none of them spawn with accurate weapons they all spawn with ARCS, kind of takes me out of the experience end authenticity

    They're aware of it, Nicolas posted on the Facebook group:
    Hey all! We'll look into that issue in order to bring that missing color. If you don't save the map until the fix is in, you'll retrieve the material you had. If you have saved your map since the update (texture removal), the save file will keep that selection and won't switch back. Cheers!
    I think they changed the editor texture inventory and accidentally removed some textures.

    I'd expect this to be fixed in an upcoming update.
