You assume alot. I didn't say I had a complaint. I was asking what the process was.Originally Posted by legacyzero Go to original post

If anyone feels that the game is unsatisfactory then it could be that their Consumer Rights have been breached.
If someone wants to complain he must communicate the concerned people about their problem. The main thing is about support service which can easily be found. If you cannot be satisfied then you have to ask somewhere else or share with the community. If there are still no option or the ones before are no options then you may officially complain through authorities which obviously becomes very serious.
Personaly, I'm very disapointed with the last FC5 updates on XBOX ONE and the light budget. I spent over a couple many hours making a map which was just nearly finished before the update and when I just get back on it light budget changed and just threw away the whole ambiance I made. This is pain and I want to make various maps from different games to add to my portfolio and that time lost is my fault and I totally understand the performance issues on many maps. Many people said that ubisoft games are buggy like they did on unity (which was not really much buggy, people just wanted to ffed their tweeter account mostly) and it may be better for them to not feed the trolls.
Even if I just find VS multiplayer very bad (I made another map for approx 40h and I still found no way to play on it so it's totally useless and got 1.5stars (DESTRUCTION Libray, a fully destructible building for team deathmatch with to sides a the top of a mountain). I don't know why it get that rating. Cannot test it. Graphics are cool. Area may fit without problems for twelves players. And when I see the maps validated and rotating in versus I wanna cry (by far).
But things are that way and if it's about their design, that's their game and their image. If they want to chose that way that's their responsability and if it does not fit the players then they just have to rise or to "dismiss" the game.
If you option if not about just you and ubi then just share it and sake it out to make them think it's better for them to be that way or that the majority of players think it's better that way.
It's up to you to chose your way and if it is legit then you may easily find a solution.
Finally, I just want to tell you that the people on this forum are mainly mappers and are only a very small part of players and that ubi cannot afford fails like no man sky. No man sky is great. people think it's great but hardcore gamers twitter trolls didn't think it is, fed the trolls and fled the web. But stats said their was 400 000 owners on steam 2 weeks after the game was out for an average of 40h of gameplay and a median of 20h which is HUGE for a game which got that advertising. So just think twice whether it is legit for all the players and the future of the franchise (which gonna be focused only on solo or coop for me, I do not like very much VS MP experience).
But anyway. I wanted to share it because there are to many things going wrong because of a very little part of community.
Here is a screenshot of no man sky stats I took approx some weeks after game release.(didn't take one after 2 weeks)

No Mans Sky was hyped up to the hilt tho and then alot of the content didn't reflect what was said. The portals didn't work which led 1000's of players on a wild goose chase. Yea sales were great, but the game was not. I liked it, I have Platinum trophy on it - did everything for that probably 100 hours spent on that game, but the people complaining they were not all trolls, they were expressing their dislike of things in the game, primarily because their hopes were pinned on false promises.
I bet Ubi have not even read your whole post lol. They will have skipped through it. I read it entirely because I care what people think of Far Cry.
The change to maps' lighting should have been announced before the change so that everyone knew what was going to happen. It didn't because it appears that Ubi are dumb mutes that are unable to speak about anything. That is one problem right there - unable for them to communicate so like you, my maps that were previously unpublished also had to be changed due to their changes in lighting. In FC3 they did a similar thing where the level of detailing and look of a map suddenly went from great to crap. Their response to this? Nothing. No response - just a piss off we don;t care about you lot because you are all amateurs.
People on THIS forum are mainly mappers. That is for sure. But you see so many posts on the General Discussion forum slating the MP, also in other forums - how bad is the MP.
Again, this comes back to Ubi unable to communicate.
Myself and many others have offered advice to Ubisoft on how to improve their MP. They do not listen. They do not talk. They are like dumb mutes. So log a complaint - oh wait, you cannot, becuase you make a support ticket and then guess what, they send you back here. Just goes round in circles. They avoid as much as they can possibly avoid. Awful.
Most players didn't know about no man sky some day before the release.
I do not like MP metagame either, but this does not allow you to state that your opinion is the ONE. Just gather people and show that they are motivated. Mappers are only few and others dismiss the MP. I do not think it's gonna change deeply before next episode. Solo is insane but most people do not care about versus and IMO the UI + UX design are awful but that's just my opinion and I do not expect ubi to manage to bring back players, the effort of changing things may certainly not worth it and I will just wait for the next episode for the solo and MP at least for curiosity.
It is impossible to contact Ubisoft support, I have tried repeatedly and the chat on the website doesn't work, nor does the message center. If you call their number you only get a recording. My next step is my lawyer and a blast on the web. The quality of a company shows on how they support their products and services, Ubisoft rates as a 0!
