    Official Complaints Procedure

    Hello Ubisoft,

I would like to know as a consumer, customer and shareholder of your company, if there is an Official Complaints Procedure within your business.

If you do have a procedure for complaining please post the process here. It would also be great if you could outline the main benefits of the game.

    Many thanks.

    Hello Rioseven,

I am not sure what you are exactly looking for?
the forums are an official platform, owned by Ubisoft, where you can share your feedback.
You can also contact our Support team: https://support.ubi.com/en-US
or you can have a look on the Internets for a better channel to share your complaint depending on its nature. Without more details, I can't really help you out.

what do you mean by "outline the main benefits of the game"?

Thank you for your timely reply.

I was looking for an Official Complaints Procedure. Does Ubisoft not have one.

With alot of large corporations there is a procedure where every expression of dissatisfaction is logged and dealt with by a team of complaints handlers. Is this not he case with Ubisoft?

    hum yes
the community team is basically the "complaints handlers"

but again, you remain very vague on your type of complain, so I can't really be more precise. where to send your complaint depends on what you wnat to complain about. there is not one centralised complaints center because in a company with over 10 000 employees, we all have different jobs, handle different topics.

Issue with a pre-order, order, something you bought: support
Issue with your game, bug, cheater: Support
Feedback about game features, gameplay, suggestions: forum
issue with a job application: Ubisoft Career website
Legal complain: it depends on your country of residence. Ubisoft is an international company, but each country has its own legislations. So you should go to the Ubisoft Corporate website of your region (geolocalised, I'm in Canada, so I could only send you the Canadian link)
    etc, etc

so if you want to tell me what is your problem about, I can try to redirect you to the right person. If not, I can only advice you to google it

    no for most

and I wouldn't advise you to contact employees directly, because you don't know what their titles actually means in terms of scope. None of the persons you listed work on Far Cry. I don't understand why you don't want to explain the topic of your complain, which is the most efficient way for me to give you the information you need.

Note that in big companies like Ubisoft, only certain persons have the ability to answer external interlocutors, press or players, for security reasons. So you won't get any answer if you bypass official processes and contact directly employees on their personal work email. they'll most probably forward your email to my team.

(I also need to delete the emails from your post, you can't share private email addresses publically without the consent of their owners, it's forbidden per our terms and conditions)

So what is the official process? Which is what I was asking in the first place.

The CItizens Advice Bureau website advises to request an email or postal address so that I can email, write or telephone. The advice regarding Consumer Rights also says I should ask you if Ubisoft are a member of a trade association or alternative resolution scheme.

    https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/co...e-or-download/

I would just like to know if there is a structured official process at Ubisoft for this? Is there an email address for someone to register complaints, a postal address, the name of someone to write to. Any information would be helpful regarding the way in which consumers can log complaints with Ubisoft?

I had a look at the website you sent.

I'll disregard the fact it's something that applies only to England and Ubisoft is not a company with head-quarters in England, because that seems to be a deadend to the discussion.

But at least, it says to follow the steps you mentionned if the company doesn't answer to your request.
Which means that before doing all this, you need to use normal channels of communication like any other consumer: our consumer Support!
    https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Cases/New

If you already contacted our support, can you give me your ticket number, and I will follow up.
