    Frustrating Arcade

-You can’t delete your own maps
-All new maps will stored in workshop area even when they where in all/new before
Crappy maps in public area with just two emenies nothing else no assets etc.

    - hackers and cheater in MP

    - support don’t answer tickets

    - no sufficient answers in the forum (here and on steam too)

    - A two page editor guide which explain just things u can figure out in 2 minutes by using the editor

    - You can add tags to your map but can’t filter maps on these tags

    - play again and again the same maps on arcade hero

    - every play counts on your map but rating just one time possible

    - no feedback system for published maps

    - .....

So why should I spend my time on arcade?

What’s your understanding of the word customers?

    - hackers and cheater in MP
Do you have any videos of cheaters or hackers in Multiplayer? Any and all evidence will assist us in taking action against them

    - support don’t answer tickets
Support try to answer within 48 hours but if you have an issue, do message a moderator via PM who can try assist you in finding out the status of your support ticket and even push for an answer

    - no sufficient answers in the forum (here and on steam too)
Answers to what specifically? We try and answer as much as we can to everything we have information about. Please note some things we can't communicate on as it may be coming soon anyway or we just don't have the information just yet. We try and be as transparent as possible

    - A two page editor guide which explain just things u can figure out in 2 minutes by using the editor
The editor although may not have been useful for you, may well be useful for others. I don't see how more resources such as this is a bad thing,

    - You can add tags to your map but can’t filter maps on these tags
A valid feedback, Thank you for sharing this, We'll look into what can be done about it.

    - play again and again the same maps on arcade hero
I personally have not experienced this. I don't believe it's a limited map pool but we can look into this too

    - every play counts on your map but rating just one time possible
This is implemented to stop people up voting just theirs and down voting others to artificially inflate their rating.

    - no feedback system for published maps
We appreciate any and all feedback. The forums are a perfect channel for this, but feel free to provide feedback via social media channels also

    RE: Map Voting

I understand the OP's frustration of only allowing a map to be voted on once...

I have made maps, published them while in "Alpha" state, just to get some playtesting going to get a feel for needed changes, and people downvote the map because it seems "unfinished" (because it is), only to then finish the map, make it glorious, and still it bears the stain of the previous downvotes, and when people see the new version, and decide they now LOVE it, there is no way they can change their vote... that' is frustrating.

I also understand Ubisoft's point about abuse of the system...this problem was rampant in FC2...however:

What if the ability to vote on a map was RE-OPENED every time the original map creator RE-PUBLISHED the map? (I think my Valhalla remake map is on v36 or some such crazy number)... Would that still be subject to abuse of artificial up/down voting?

If you finish the map before publishing it in Alpha state and then publish the map, it would make much more sense. This avoids the initial 1 vote stain that lingers onward.
If you make a map 36 times and upload that map 36 times for publishing then it would still get abused for inflating the vote system.
All it would take to abuse the vote system for 36 new votes is to change 1 little item... remove a tree .. upload new version ... add a rock where the tree stood ..upload new version. Your method would allow the Creator to inflate his map votes.

Just play your map on your Console or PC to test it out and when your satisfied with it, publish it once. Alterations to the same map with different scenery or other various fixes then would deserve the votes it has ... or lack of votes, which ever the case might be.

Thousands of people have been asking for Dedicated Servers/ Lobby Browser way back before Far Cry 3 released , and has been the topic in the forums ever since. People have been asking for A lobby that matches the likes of Far Cry 2, or A updated version of that Lobby System. After years of post surely Ubisoft has an answer either way on this Subject . I Believe Ubisoft has ignored this matter for way too long.

Surely this is Considered Feedback by so many.
Do you have any comments on this subject?

So, considering none of my XBOX Live friends own or play this game, how do you recommend I "just play my map" to playtest it?

We have paid attention to the feedback regarding the lobby browser system and understand how frustrating it is for you all. Apologies if it hasn't been addressed but we are looking into this and looking into what can be done to make it far less annoying for players. At this time we have no further news but its something we are looking at sorting.

I feel you, it can be frustrating. I usually only go into public lobbies when I have 4+ people in the party. We form private lobbies that fill up a decent amount. Join the Facebook group Far Cry 5 Multiplayer & Map Editor and you can probably get some peeps to play with real quick. Best part is a lot of us are mappers and we feed off of each other so the maps keep getting better.

That's good news. i dont know if you can answer this, did you guys underestimate how important a far cry 2 style public/match browser was in the map making community, or is it only now post release that you are aware of the call for a this kind of lobby browser? how likely are we to get a fc2 style match hosting lobby browser system (or close to) in a future fc5 update. im not asking for full details, can we get a little hint of what's coming please. thanks.
