    GR: Wildlands completed buchon without nission?

    Hi, i need some help with something.
    Not long ago i started hunting buchons and underbosses in GRW but when i look at destabilization one of them is 100% while the other one is only 90%. I completed one of the buchons with only 3/5 missions gompleted... Dunno how.. But the other 2 i need to get 100% are now locked. Or is it because i need the DEA agent missions completed aswell? If not then is there any way to get to 100% destabilization? My ocd is killing me...
