    New ASSAULT map: New Heights

Here is my first attempt at an ASSAULT map (just kill everyone). No health regen but you have 2 medkits. 2 loadouts to choose from; one loud, one silent. Please let me know what you like/dislike. Can filter/search for map on ARCADE by searching for creator schwaBAM or by map name schwaBAM-ASSAULT-NEW HEIGHTS.

    Thanks!

Looks like your terrain is quite flat in general. I would also work on how you blend your cliffs into the playable area because right now they look very unnatural. I would suggest going over your foliage again as well, since the foliage paint brush can be both a blessing and a curse. Go in, remove repetitive trees, and manually place some foliage to bring it together. Right now there is a very stark contrast between the different kinds you have, which again looks a bit unnatural.

Personally I really dislike the grass texture you're using since it just doesn't compliment the colors of the alpine trees we currently have at our disposal, and it just looks low res and weird to me.

Blend the shores of your pond a bit better since it's a bit odd right now.

Appreciate the feedback! How did it play to you or did you just look at the low res screen shots? Also, as for the mud/blending along the pond, would you make the mud higher up on the banks and more prominent or just slightly visible and mostly grass?

    Thanks!

So far only looking at the pictures, haven't been home yet, do I'll update you then.

Also with respect to natural pond blending, follow Rio's advice and look up reference images. Or take screenshots of natural features you like from the campaign.
