Just checked, your acc is not banned. So most probably you installed game not from google play but from some apk file. Game don't allow it now

Hi Captain, he hecho lo que deciais y sigo baneado. No puedo jugar. Volvi a instalar el juego desde app store (como la primera vez) y la cosa sigue igual.
No se que ocurre, pero deberian encontrar una solucion para los que hemos sido baneados sin razon.

La mayoría ya fueron desbaneados de lo que yo se. Espero lo tuyo se pueda solucionar también, quizá descargaste el juego de otra manera que no fue por Google Play? Probablemente también pudo ser por eso. Si no se soluciona escríbele un mensaje privado a CaptainWheelie, recuerda que debe ser en ingles Vi tu perfil y eres un jugador ya veterano y limpio si te interesa entrar en un grupo de WA de hispanohablantes busca en YouTube mi canal "Trials Frontier Español MEX-IvanL-TFG_E" nos divertimos y nos ayudamos, obvio debatimos y somos activos si te interesa. So, can/should I contact support as I've been wrongfully banned?

I'm going to anyway because I think I know why I've tripped your system. My MicroSD card became corrupted this evening and I had to format it. Which of course failed (have screenshot for proof). I had to do this because my tablet developed a glitch with google playstore which wouldn't allow me to download/update any apps, instead it just threw up error code 469 and I've been trying to clear the google play service cache/data and all that jazz. Royal pain in the arse.

Not sure how or why but reinstalling the game seems to have pleased Butch. I'm no longer banned. I'm not sure what specifically tripped the system but I'm glad it's sorted it's self out.

Hi i have purchased a new phone (p20) and cloned my old phone. When i tried to open trials, i got the ban. I have never cheated or hacked in the game or any other game for that matter.
How can i resolve this.

i am a victim of being said a cheater of no reason. I have read your comment. it says that any user can be banned from the app for playing it in any unfair means such as hacking or downloading it as a non google app. But i had downloaded this directly from google play and haven't hacked anything of this game. but i am banned from the app for no reason. I don't know why this happened even i don't know hacking. Why this had to happen to a kid.

I request you to create a solution of such a big problem. I am also very sad because it just permanently banned from this app being said a cheater. I hope this will not ever happen to anyone else.
