Fix the Unbalanced Match Making! | Forums

Everyone, I mean EVERYONE playing this game knows how imbalanced the match making is at this point. It's ALL about having the best cards (or having the best cheat).

My solution would be to make everyone in legendary rank play with the same level on their cards. This makes the game about the actual player skill, instead of a p2w-mentality.

Lets go into different scenarios in the match making:
1. Me and my opponent are playing the exact same cards, the exact same way. My opponent has at least 1-2 cards that is higher level than mine, I lose. (no skill involved)

2. Me and my opponent are playing the exact same cards, but he's using his cards more efficient than me. I have at least 4-5 cards that is higher level than his, I win. (no skill)

3. I'm playing the perfect counter versus my opponent. I'm level 15 and my opponent is level 18, after 3 cards has been played I understand that he will still beat my a** like it was nothing. So I smash my phone to the wall while screaming in rage, just realizing why this game is called phone destroyer.

I'm super seriously you guys, this has to f***ing end. If you don't understand it yourselves, you will lose sh*t tons of money making this a p2w only. Get skins or whatever that people can pay for, but don't let the money rule the battlefield. New players (read; customers) wont stand a chance and old players will get bored out and quit. Get your sh*t together before it's too late.

I have 3 accounts. 2 of them are in legendary. On the grind to legendary on the first account, I was inexperienced and leveled a poor choice of cards. On the second grind, I had a lot more knowledge for the game and actually managed to reach silver 50 by the time I was level 10. I knew I wasn't going to fair so well in legendary so I had to purposefully sandbag a little until all my cards reached level 4 rare and level 5 common. Then I headed into legendary and actually bypassed my main account. My third account is adventure locked. I spent 10 bucks on it so far, and it has reached rank 45 at level 10. It is easier to get cards I need, but the challenge lies into not being able to grind other themes for coins which I was able to do on my other account.

That being said, PVP can be tough, but once you get to legendary it gets tougher. Take that into account when you are on that edge between getting into legendary or staying in silver. If you don't at least have close games against level 17 or 18 players who are bad enough to sandbag and stay in silver, then you shouldn't be getting into legendary anyway.
