Hello.

I didn't get an ornament for winning the tournament. How is this possible?
I haven't yet knocked out about 25 ornaments. Why didn't I get one of them?

I have already lost two ornaments and a chance to get more. What is the point at all to play if I do not get a reward?

Hey there! Sorry to hear that. This is a known issue we are currently looking into. Could you please make a ticket with the following information?:
- What Hero you were using?
- What Tier did you finished in?
- How many Rewards did you receive?
- When was the match played (Date & Approximate Time)?
- Were you disconnected? If so, when in the game did this happen?
- If there was an error message, what was it? How often does this error occur?
- Image/video clip of match results and rewards screen (where possible)
