Anyone else go to claim your rewards and get the circle of death that times out and rewards lost?

Nope, all the rest of us got was useless cheap rewards (a couple tickets/gems and tier parts).
I know its not as bad as what you got, but sometimes it also feels pretty frustrating to win ...and not really win, if you know what I mean
Hope your issue gets fixed.
