I logged back in since yesterday and I noticed that the tier points you get from missions didn't reset when I reached next tier lvl.
This has never happened before. I'm ****ing pissed off right now. It's your guys fault my lvling will be slow af now. I demand a reset.

This is a Bug that almost everybody gets while leveling Tiers. There's nothing you can do unfortunately. You have to grind the whole Level with lowered Mission XP.

I was at tier 19. It got reseted when I came to 18

After you tier-up, redo another main mission before you quit the game. That's the only way to prevent this bug.

So you mean that after I've gone to the next tier, I must do at least 1 mission before I log off in order for the bug not to happen?

Thank god it didn't happen again for me when I just got to tier 13. I can just hope it wont happen again.

Yes, however unfortunately if you already triggered this bug, there is nothing you can do until you reach the next tier level.

Well then you may try to find your own condition to trigger this bug. My method cannot fix this bug when you already triggered it, it can only prevent you form triggering the bug.

Thanks very much for the report. At the moment, this is listed as fixed on our Known Issues list:

[Tier 1] Mission Points Not Resetting [FIXED]
Some players have reported they didn't earn all the XP they should when playing missions of a new Tier after they got back online. This issue has been fixed with TU7.

I'll make sure to let the team know this is still occurring.
