Its been like this for a week or two, the steps really dont work if you unlink it how will i link it back because the app is broken and then i cant play online (which i did) and i wasnt able to play any ubisoft games online please inform me when its fixed so i can finally link my xbox acc to this one again.

I was having the same problem, the ubisoft club app just stayed on the loading screen and wouldnt open. This is how I got around it.
1: Get a friend you trust to sign into your xbox account via their xbox.
2: Get your friend to link uplay for you.
3: Get your friend to logout.
4: Sign back in to your xbox account and you should be able to play online.
I'm not sure what the problem is, but this is a workaround thats pretty easy and pretty quick, just make sure you only give your details to someone you trust.

In the meantime have you tried creating an account through a web browser on the account management website? Once the account is created you should be able to sign in from either R6 or Hyper Scape to link your xbox.
basically for some reason i get an error message whenever i try to open the ubisoft club app on xbox. this problem has been going on for months and has resulted in me not being able to do extra challenges for events such as mute protocol and accessing challenges to do battlepasses.
