I try going on the ubisoft club app and all it says is "please wait connecting to ubisoft servers.." for a second and then just has a loadscreen of the ubisoft club and nothing happens. I've had this problem for a few days now which is annoying as I had bought far cry 5 wanting to play online with a friend and can't do it.

Exactly i cant even play siege with my friends its so annyoing that you cant and your basically being left out its really annoying.

I have contacted customer support and spoke to 3 people and after all of that, I was told to wait on ubisoft to email me. It was a polite way of saying "F**k you we don't care". I'm very disappointed. To have an issue like this that seems very common from what I can see online, you would imagine they would have fixed this already

We are aware of issues preventing Xbox One players from being able to load into the club and this is currently under investigation.
In the meantime, please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue;
- Unlink and relink your Xbox Gamertag from your Ubisoft Account.
- Power cycle your Xbox One.
- Try our Xbox One Connectivity troubleshooting steps
