Why is it that adventure is the only theme to have Sally or Heidi?

There should be a sally in mystical. They need another assassin anyway. But the same question could be said about many other cards. Why does sci-fi and fantasy get Craig and not adventure or mystical? Why is Red only in sci-fi? Why is there no sci-fi Kyle? Why does fantasy not get a Bebe? Why does mystical not get Tweek? Why does every theme get Randy but only mystical gets Sharon? Why does mystical not get an Ike?

The answer is... because.

There are a lot of plans for future cards featuring the girls of South Park, so don't worry. Hopefully everyone will eventually be represented in all the themes one day! (I'd love to see more Red cards myself)
