Strictly speaking this game needs an adrenaline shot directly to the heart, Pulp fiction style. For a game that is PVP based. The fact that there is no Team vs Team PVP battles\competition is crazy! Friendlies do not count. They are essentially something for fun. We crave Competition and not just “how fast did your team finish the event this weekend” We crave more. This game is losing a large base of members over time because the daily grind\locker limit is simply not cutting it. There is no drama\adversaries, no fun to grinding, just in general the game is losing is steam at a fast rate. So here are some ideas I have come up with and gotten from others as well. Hopefully this gains some traction so Steve and Buck can help us get team vs team ideas.
Leader-board for events, total amount collected, time teams finished etc. Also, this leader-board will give out exclusive items such as outfits like the first team event where extra rewards were given out to the top 3 guilds. ATM, there is no competitive nature to events except **** talking on discord about how finished first.. whoo, it’s just one big grind for packs\event items aka who can refresh the most. This grind is slowly killing the numbers of people playing the game due to nothing competitive being available.
First off teams need to acquire a rating system based on certain criteria which can be defined later, but examples would such as getting a rating for a compilation of items. Such as “x” number of items collected during team events, accumulation points from PVP wins during the week, quickest to finish the event, etc. This rating system would then allow for teams to challenge one another for weekend team events if they are within\near the same rating.
The LARGEST factor is this team ranking system would also to be there to deter De-rankers. Let’s say for an example your guild gets a rating based on the team ranks in your guild as well in combination to those listed earlier, for every top 10 ranked members you get 5 points, top 100 you get 4 points top 500 3 points etc… This way you can also combat de-rankers. But in general, if Redlynx\Devs would improving packs and lockers on a tier system that would do it its self.
The most common one wanted ability of everyone I talked to is to allow teams to battle\challenge one another in a tournament mode pvp style with their real decks, not friendly decks or challenge teams regarding weekend challenges. The winning team gets “certain rewards” teams would be need to be ranked closely to one another using whatever criteria\rating you can\want to apply to it. These battles\tournament can only occur during certain times\specific time of the week\month.
The whole point of this game is PVP, but you can only randomly match vs opponents, there is absolutely 0 team vs team aspects considering PVP. We need to be able to battle other teams.
A Raid system on a stage such as the last level GWC, of course not this exact level but something similar to it. This level you would be allowed a certain number of team members to enter the stage at one time and be able to try to beat the BOSS of the stage. This can be done by limiting the number of cards in a deck, lets say you can have 4 people on one stage at a time but can only bring 3\4 cards with them. So it makes you play together and build decks together in order to beat the stage. Beating this stage would allow you collect certain items like Mats, cards, exp. points etc. The more points your team collects vs the BOSS stage the higher level of rewards you can get; a leader-board must be included.
A weekday event that makes the weekdays of grinding lockers\packs to be worth it. Something during the week that can run for “24” hours always on a specific day of the week. Examples would be the raid system, but even better would be daily events such as the Mystical Monday, Sci-Fi Tuesday, etc etc. Being able to have something during the week to collect for outside of just pvp refreshes and locker limits.
Team vs Team battles where you can collect exclusive cards for your team, such as Legendries or Epics and or a large amount of a specific mat (arrowheads, rings of power etc) something that you can earn but cannot be donated to.
At the end team events when both SOLO and Team packs has been completed to see a final stage that must be completed PVE wise. This final stage would be done individually but overall counted towards the overall team numbers. This PVE stage would be difficult to beat such as a 15\15 final stage vs GWC. Something added that allows teams\individuals to collect a final prize such as copies of the card or mats to level it to a certain level. So, let’s just say your team ends with 25000k collected items and finished the team event, now a PVE level would open that must be beat by a certain number of members, like 40\50 members and once they have reached that milestone a new pack opens up to be collected.
Ranking clans based on team events to where if you reach a certain “Tier” it creates better lockers/packs for everyone in that guild. Aka 4 Rare’s per pack, or 1k PVP tickets, etc etc. Something guild ranked based that you can achieve better rewards based on events, tournaments etc. This allows to show guild level progression using a ranking system.
These are just some things we came up with, hopefully we can get some more good ideas on this thread. Limited Salt unless you brought the pepper please.
