Your loadouts look pretty well balanced, I've not played enough MP in FC5 to kow exactly how much difference the body armour makes. The A99 or Tec-9 does look like the weakest class there though to me.

As far as the A99 class; I admittedly haven't used the A99 a whole lot in MP, but given that armor does seem to give players a decent amount of staying power that they would be able to more easily take down unarmored targets with the ext mag. It def needs some testing though.
So I just tested the M60 LMG as a loadout option and it seems its not that OP. I added a silencer and even though you get more bullets and you dont have to reload, you have large recoil, low accuracy (as seen from my museum video towards the end) and it takes time to aim down sights so others have an advantage with an SMG or a shotgun.
