I'll agree the heckling was a jerk move, but I still don't think this was a cheat case, rather a nasty lagfest. One major finding I can share is that I had something similar happen to me this morning in my benefit. I used STG's charge and then about 3 seconds later he was all charged up again and I got another pop off. Definitely pissed off my opponent and I know he thought I was a cheater, but it was just a bug that worked in my favor apparently this time.
As others have stated, don't be so quick to jump to the conclusion that every weird thing that happens in game is due to a cheat. There are some very plausible reasons to explain that video, and while it's not good to see and probably represents a ton of work redlynx needs to still do on their serverside move, it doesn't prove anything.
Oh, and your energy management completely sucks. I'm sure that doesn't help matters.
