I've been on and off forums for games in the past and one thing I have noticed is that their tends to be alot of cry babies and fanboys tend to get really overly defensive. So let me just clarify first that I am not bashing this game at all and it is not my intention to make it seem like a bad game. I simply have a few thoughts and was hoping I could get some others to comment and give me their opinions.

I like the division. I like the graphics, mechanics, the story line, the atmosphere, open world, free roam, and even the soundtrack. Literally everything about the game I like. Except for 2 things.
1. I'm not a huge fan of rpgs
2. I'm not a huge fan of 3rd person

I'm not a fan of 3rd person shooters but that's just my preference. Division is primarily pve, so it's tolerable for me. I don't play 3rd person PvP. So it's mostly preference for me but I so feel a game similar to division would be amazing in 1st person.

My main thing is the rpg aspect. Let me clarify...I love the open world game, I love having to search for cloths, gear, weapons, attachments etc...that stuff is fun for me. It's immersive in the story line and adds for challenge. What I don't like is the leveling system. Weapons gear and character leveling is not my thing. To me, an rpg is not fully enjoyable for someone that doesn't want to commit their life and soul to a game. I understand some gamers enjoy it and that's perfectly fine. I'm not here to bash you. I will say how ever that rpg style games are more about time spent rather than skill and tactics. An example is going into the dark zone and not being able to affect someone simply because they invest more time into the game. I'm sorry but this really isn't even an argument, it's true.

With that being said, I think it would be phenomenal to get a game like the division that was a little more realistic. You still loot, still customize, still have everythi ng the division offers....You just don't have character or gear levels. Somewhere where everyone is on the same level and same chance and rely more on play style and tactic rather than their gear. Ofcourse some gear and weapons can be stronger than others but nothing like what the current system in the division is. What do you guys think???

Again, I'm not trying to change the division. I'm just asking hypothetically. And please don't try to say to go play ghost recon.
