Dear Ubisoft,

Sunday evening. I started playing at 23:00. I tried joining games of Dominions, but you kept putting me in game already in progress and losing by 300 points. I do not want to join those kind of games, so I instantly quit when it loads.

But then, you put me back into the same exact game I just left ... so I quit again, but this time I wait 30 sec to 1 minute before requeueing ...

To join another game in progress.

It is now 23:45, I was unable to join a fresh game that starts 0 points to 0 points.

I don't really care when I join a losing Match. Sometimes you can even turn it around, feels epic then.

nothing worse than joining a team of bots and losing badly, and the worst thing is you cant even leave without punishment.

Sure you can! 30 seconds grace period iirc. And they even turned off leaver penalty, didnt they?
