Hi.
ive tried reinstalling and validating the game, and the only thing i can see is the issue could be that i have NAT strict.
but ive been able to join other people. my friend and the other friend i tested this on, both have NAT open, but i could join one of them.
please, someone, help.

NAT (Network address translation) is actually a process on your side where the router passes information from the public IP address (from the internet) to your local IP address.
As it is a process on your side, to troubleshoot your NAT problems you will need access to your router. One of the more known ways to troubleshoot NAT problems is to port forward for the game. You can find these steps in our connectivity FAQ
