Am I supposed to do anything in this situation?

Found this truck vagon parked near a service station with some lit bengalas on the ground? Am I supposed to do anything specific with it other than opening it ?
I'm curious about it since a couple of gameplay hours earlier, while I was free roaming, the bartender girl (i guess it was her) contacted me via radio telling me that the enemies have left them with no resources thus she asked me if I could steal some trucks (gas ones or other?) and bring those to them (to where specifically?)
Is the photo related to this? Also this doesn't look as a quest since there's no sign of it in the journal

Well you can hook those semis up, but you’ll need a big rig cab. You can also open them to see if there’s any goodies inside (controls on side near rear end. I found a muscle car once)

    What OurJud said.

The gas tankers you refer to are just that; gas/petrol tankers.

Jack one anywhere you can in Holland Valley, and take it to Falls End; park it in the designated location (assuming you have the Ubi Fruit Salad in your HUD turned on), then get out of the tanker to complete the delivery/end the mission.

As you might suspect; gas/petrol tankers are fairly fragile, and prone to burning/exploding! Good luck!

Check your journal for mission "hit the gas". The reward is stated, as is the case for all the missions listed in journal.

I checked and I don't have the quest 'hit the gas' neither among the active quests nor among the completed ones

I've killed john and maxed the resistance level in falls end region, I only have some outsposts left to do there. I think i'm not getting the quest for a bug

Most likely then the mission is no longer available. Yeah a bug in the sense that you can't get all the missions in the region once John is killed.

With John dead I assume the region no longer has peggies on the road, etc. Thus no gas/petrol tankers to hijack.

Very poor game design in that you are not warned about "finishing any business" prior to the final "act" in the region - as was done in FC2, 3, and 4 ...
