    Lonestar players?

Drug out the old trash 5/6/5 build and it sure is fun for this global event.

It's not optimized. No recalibration done so I'm open to all kinds of changes.
What are you skills, talents etc etc?

My weapons are a Deadly/Vicious Big Al and a Destructive/Ferocious Hog. Kinda like to keep my stats to keep those guns.

By the way... this is the off the shelf build. Need to wait til the event is over to see how it performs.
I deleted my good Lonestar. This is all new stuff.

    My two main LMG's are

Big-Al with Destructive/Vicious and Cover shooter and an ~MG5 with Destructive/vicious/Feirce

I also have two back up LMG's

A Hungry Hog with Destructive/Self preserved and Glutton and a Military L86 LSW with Predatory/Destructive and Deadly

All work exceedingly good the main two down NPC's so quickly they also proc Berserker regularly.

Been wanting to try this since I started playing again, but so far RNG has not been to kind for me with regards to Lone Star.

@mckrackin5324 : do you play solo or in a group ?
    - If you play solo I feel like the 7k FA / 5k STA with destructive / predatory big Al is the smoothest. Use flashbang (and immune station), because flashbang allow you to make the NPC pop out of cover.
    - If you play in group with a good healer you can move to 8k+. You'll have a nice DPS, and you can even for a Deadly big Al. flashbang is still a must have, because of suppression and big Al buff.

Another fun build is to use twin Showstoppers, it's fun in Lexington, or Hudson refugee camp, but not really useful for legendary

P.S.: If you play on PC, I'd be glad to "reclaim" you while you mow the NPCs with big Al

If you don't have a full 6pc you could run a hybrid build like myself...3pc Lone Star + NinjaBike + whatever 2pc classified you like. For me the no reloading is the main benefit when using LMG with slow reloading like Big Al, Hungry Hog etc.

My weapons are a Deadly/Vicious Big Al and a Destructive/Ferocious Hog. Kinda like to keep my stats to keep those guns.
First shot/Boss Kill: Big Al with Destructive/Predatory.
Crowd Control: Hungry Hog with Destructive/Self-Preserved.

    Stats are 8K/5.2K/3K, roughly.

Pulse and Support Station (I'm often in a group).

Mods: Pulse Crit Chance (w. one Crit Hit Damage), Sta Mods with Crit Chance.

I've rolled favouring Crit Chance and Damage, due to the Hog's talent. Crit hit chance is 28% with Al, 37 with the Hog. I have 5% Health on Kill on the chestpiece rather than Health.

Kill with Big All to start things off. Once I swap weapons (Predatory has kicked in), I hit pulse, sometimes drop the support station, stand up and start shooting with the Hog. And don't ever stop. Self-Preserved, a little HoK, and the station keep me going once Predatory runs out (by that point, hopefully my damage is so high with the Hog that I'm getting back silly amounts of health with crit hits).

It's probably not the best setup, but it's fun as all get-out. And the damage is very high.

LS is a great build when you go heavy into firearms and use it with an m4 or house lol. When that buff kicks in you shred through everybody.

I have mine spec'd into firearms but hardly use it. Just can't heal myself enough lol
