Just killed John Seen and Fall's End region became....sadly empty

Really, not even a single enemy pickup on the road, not a single enemy anywhere
It's really sad that a whole area becomes so empty after killing one of the brothers.
Is there any way or any mod that restores the random enemy presence in an area?

Yes. Outpost Master in the options. This allows you to re-populate the outpost with baddies.

Quite a few of us have been asking for this as an option. .....just like you can repopulate outposts with Outpost Master. I really have zero interest in restarting a new game since that will mean restarting the forced captures among other things.

If they re-populate the roads with peggies by force, I'll be very pissed as I'm thoroughly enjoying mopping up the remaining side-missions, prepper stashes and Easter eggs in peace.

If this is added, it has to be done so as an option, or it's the day I stop playing.

Yes exactly. Another option othern than outpost reset. A new option which will repopulate the all the areas with random enemies on the road and random encounters....will Ubi listen to us ?

Once all story, side and prepper missions complete, a global reset button with option to replay everything to include selected story missions like Ghost Recon Wildlands, would be optimal.

I was never a fan of the piecemeal way of reactivating missions in GRW but I do wish the mission progression in the campaign was like GRW because then an NG+ game mode would be more meaningful to me. .....since it would mean no more forced capture sequences or forced end-game encounters in some of the provinces.

At this point, anything that will repopulate the game world with cultist activity again would be worth me revisiting. As it is, the game world is completely dead and boring without the random gunplay. The novelty of fishing wore off with it's simplicity as well as hunting given how much I did during the campaign to collect money.

Agree. Im on my 3rd playthru. How many times must I have to experience these forced captures, its like linear gameplay, I thought it was supposed to be open world?

How many times? As many as you choose to replay the game. Are you expecting the forced captures to magically disappear?

Maybe what he's trying to say is that, going to capture an outpost becomes repetitive if it is everything you can re-do in a single run. You go there, you already know what to expect or what to do.
It would be different if outpost reset would also reset the enemy precense thus the road random encounters. Which is what makes the game worth replaying cause you never know what you'll find on that road....an enemy checkpoint? two enemies with an hostage? a burner flaming the orchards? The unpredictability is important
