I finished my first solo Journey map for Xbox, "Skydive Danger Isle". The premise is fairly simple. You start on a plane high in the sky, and have to skydive and land in a small target landing zone on an island filled with dangerous creatures. If you miss the landing, you can still get another chance by making your way to a helicopter located on the right side of the island. Would appreciate getting some feedback on this, as it's currently getting a lot of negative ratings from people that I assume just don't succeed the first time they play it. Timing is crucial on this map.

I really like the concept. I was thinking of trying something similar with the wing suit and no parachute. That way its insta-death if you miss. Also I imagine someone could fly the chopper a few feet over the box and bail directly into it..
It's a shame about the negative ratings, but most gamers these days are about easy and instant gratification. Which is a shame, since I imagine landing the bulls eye would be greatly satisfying.
I really wish they had a way to record the time when a map was completed and other things like most head-shots / most kills in a map (obviously some maps might not have weapons or you might have to kill everyone)
So for this type of map it could record the 3 fastest times completed and save them with the maps stats.
And maybe an option to send a challenge to a friend so even though I might not get in the 3 fastest times would be great if your friends could see your time and try to beat it, this would add so much more replay value on solo maps.
Yeah it's basically a challenge map, short and sweet. That's one thing I really liked about Trials Fusion, was the ability to make your own challenge maps. It would be really nice if we had a leaderboard for these types of maps, where you could challenge others to beat your time.
One of the difficult things to gauge when making a map like this is the difficulty level. What may seem simple or easy to me may be very hard for others, or vice versa
