All progress lost, even after reinstall/restarting google play etc... | Forums

It's all in the title, i played like 2 hours before everything was fine, i get back to the game, it replays me the intro video, makes me do the tutorial etc, i can't access pvp, all my progress disappeared, i tried every "solution" i found online, reinstalling the game, restarting/relogging into google play etc, nothing works...
More than 6 months of progression lost, i was almost at legendary rank, wtf is going on?
