So I finally decided to put For Honor back into my console to see if I felt any difference, and after 1 month of not playing and another month when I only played max 3 games a week, I can tell there is a difference. It feels a lot more refined and responsive, my opponents aren’t all over the place and hits connect, so and and so forth. So it’s a definite improvement, and I congratulate Ubisoft on it even though we all know it should have happened a long time ago. I only played about 8 matches, but like Raime I also found some things to be a little wonky, and a touch of lag but not sure if that’s because of the instance or my internet, or the game.

Basically, there has been an improvement, but there is still plenty of work to be done. Hopefully the devs don’t take the off season to go shopping for new beds and tvs and instead continue to work on the game.

In terms of it being not finished yet, the devs said that this is only a first step, so that definitely means they know there is more to be done and I would hope it means they have ideas. They have a multi year plan and it seems to me this is shaping up to be a reset year given there is no talk of a season pass yet and there were no further reworks last season but more expected this one and in all honesty as someone here for the long term if that is the case that isn't a prospect I am mad at, get the characters on the same playing field and fix up some things then add shiny new stuff when progress has been made there.

Have not noticed any difference whatsoever.

Looking forward to the next step.

Good to know there’s a multi year plan. I hope it involves members of the community because that IMO is the best way for this game in particular to thrive, prominent community members sharing the general sentiment with the devs and working together to improve the game. I knew that this was only the first stage of lag compensation, and wonder what else they are gonna do to refine it. I’ll defs be watching this game, if not playing, over the coming months.

The fact that they have said this multiple times which I believe owing to the fact that they haven't just pulled the plug, they have gone to the effort of switching to servers, changing the meta when players wanted it and looking at making improvements on character reworks. That is a lot of time, money and effort if their intent is to wash their hands of it in a few months.

They've never literally said they have a multi-year plan. They said that ''they're in it for the long run'', which was stated either last year or beginning of this one. Their long run could just be the whole 2018 and that's it. I'm going to be extremely surprised if FH continues getting updated even in 2019, but I doubt it.

I can't recall which Den but yes they have literally said in those words that they have a multi year plan.

I don't see any difference at all.

    NOTHING AT ALL.

I am at work on phone and can't edit posts but according to my den recap, during community corner on March 15th Eric fielded a question over new characters and future plans, he said during that there is a multi year plan. Pretty sure it was said on at least one other Den also.
