[iOS]Changed to an Iphone and lost upaly authenticator | Forums

I have looked though the various support info and did find a q code but it was not recognised? Maybe because I have a Iphone with google authenticator but I seem to have lost the uplay/ubisoft part of the authenticator to log in! I have tried the google one but does not work? Can you please tell me how to get the right info to log in or turn off the 2 step auth to allow me to put it on my iphone?
