I have never played a game as much as this one...everytime I go to start playing something else, I just turn this one on and go. With that being said, how can you turn on a different setting (GE) and break your own game? I have no idea about coding or designing, but I assume there are some well paid individuals that put this stuff together. I have noticed the lag issue that got worse recently, but still enjoyed playing the game with the hiccup. At this point, the game is almost unplayable. I hope it has been fixed since 5:30pm EST, since that is the last time I played. Rant over and I will be taking my butt back into NYC because that is what I do.

Roll on D2!!
I have 2100 hours across 4 toons...I think it is still fun, even though those damn 10 weekly missions cause me to want to break something...it is something I can jump on and play for an hour with my brother picking up 300 DIV tech now completing dailies or just to have something to do while we are shooting the breeze in a party chat...we have a 3rd, but he doesn't play as much as we do because he feels the same way about not having anything new...only wish we could have come up with a consistent 4th guy because I think it would have been fun to go into the DZ on somewhat even terms and a 4th would give us an easier time beating some of the content.

Only bad thing about this game so far is the disconnects and thats bound to happen with any online type of game, eventually. So its nothing game breaking in my eyes. Especially if the developers are quick on fixing the issue that prevents us players from enjoying their game.
I like the fact that you can play solo 100% of the time or group up but neither are a must to enjoy the game and experience what it has to offer. I also love the gear system, I came from a game any time there was a DLC new to the game there was at the bare minimum of 4 gear sets to chase after, with 1 being tied behind a loot box that require you to pay out of pocket to even open it up.
You get to experience everything minus DLC' in this game for free, not many games do that anymore, they stop progression at certain levels to entice people into buying a subscription or DLC'. So everything has be pleasant so far, for me, granted its only going on a week of play time I think for me.
