-I made a post about this before but forgot about putting the [SUGGESTION] and [BUG] things in the title because this was my first ever post and my brain is a potato-
After the update on April 10th I've been having great fun with this new content of weapons and accessories. Especially the new night vision headgears with their flip down animations.
I would now like to put forward some ideas that I've been thinking of for a while and that I've come up with recently.
1: The recent AI cusomization is something that many of us, I assume, have been waiting to see implemented for quite a while. This a great feature that I give great appreciation to Ubisoft to. Though for me, and I hope others feel the same too so I'm not alone here, I would appreciate it even more for AI weapon customization. Having Midas, for example, in full gear, helmet, goggles, heavy IBA and all of that while wielding a tiny SR-635 SMG with the fixed Dead Leaves camoflauge just dosen't match and fit well for me. A shotgun or LMG, such as the SPAS-12 shotgun or MK48 LMG, with customizable attachments and camoflauge would fit significantly better.
These next 2 things that I would like to see are pretty small in comparison, I hope, to what I have said above.
2: The ATPIAL Laser Sight on all weapons expect handguns has a unique feature where the laser can been seen when in night vision mode. This does not seem to apply to the ATPIAL Laser Sight for handguns however. I'd really like to see the same effect the ATPIAL Laser Sight has in night vision on hanguns as it does on all of the primary weapons. This would fit much better with the primary weapons that I use that do have this attachment on.
3: The update on April 10th gave us some new night vision headgear. An example of this is the Panoramic NVG which has a new night vision effect, which I think is better, in comparison to the base, original, night vision. The problem that I have is yet another matching problem about this. (I do apologize for this. My OCD about these things is [I]slightly[I] off the scale). Anyway, the matching problem that I have here is that the drone always uses the base night vision effect so it does not have access to the new night vision effects that we have been given. My final suggestion is that we have an option, however that option be implemented whether it be through skills, the loadout or the options menu, to allow us to choose which night vision the drone uses so we have the choice of matching it to the night vision effect we have for whatever headgear we're using that uses one of the new night vision effects. Again, such as the new Panoramic NVG.
Almost forgot to post about the bug report. The bug that I have noticed is that the flip down animation for any of the night vision goggles dosen't work properly when you are holding a weapon that has any of the 4 foregrips on. My charcater's hand has just stayed on the foregrip and hasn't reached up to pull the goggles down over the eyes. The goggles do still flip down as they are suppossed to though.
