According to the PvP players, they don't want PvE in the DZ. They just want the PvE Players. So adding another event in the DZ to lure Farmers so that the PvP Gankers can gank them is a bad idea.Originally Posted by chris_hill1 Go to original post
Sounds like a belief or obsession already.Originally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post
I have just been a part of these conversations for a long time. Ubi/Massive don't care about fixing this game and we know exactly how the DZ is. TD2 is probably past the idea stage at this point and we know Massive doesn't want our ideas. Now you and I both know that the DZ is filled with gankers who believe that most of the so call PvP they see requires them to attack PvE players casue they run from PvP in the DZ.Originally Posted by Solidus... Sadly the DZ looks great but sadly its just a gank fest .. it should not be called PVP as it is not true PVP, It is teams of 4 running about shooting at smaller teams. Oh that is after they have waved at them and then gone rogue. Still the worst ever implementation of "PVP" combat I have ever had to endure in a game. Should be an option of be a rogue from the outset and be marked rogue for entire time in the DZ. OR an option on entering so those who like to pve in there can do so with an option to choose no pvp combat.
There is nothing fun about a group of 4 clowns waving at you and then just opening fire. Pathetic really is.
Comments like that make me laugh so much.Originally Posted by J0s3e Go to original post
Why? should players have to try to kill manhunt Rogues, i mean it's nothing special, Why? shouldn't other players have idea's that liven up or make their style of game interesting. The DZ is not only P v P or an exclusive playground for Manhunt players, it's P v E as well.
Here is an idea then to stop you P v P players moaning about P v E stuff in the DZ.
Lets have the Hunter Manhunt in the LZ let the P v E players group up and search and kill the 10 man hunter group in that part of the map so the precious DZ isn't affected and a certain group can't complain about it, or is that not fair another section of the player base gets a fun event that doesn't involve screwing someone else over.
Nope. It can still be added for the sequel.Originally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post
