    Animus Control Panel...

It looks great and will hopefully add a lot of longevity to Origins.

Now why can't we get something like that for Wildlands? I and others have been banging the mission editor drum for a while now and it seems like such a thing would be well within Ubi's capability to provide. I know there's still a lot of request for cosmetics, attachments, and guns, but that's not going to be enough to bring some of us back in any meaningful capacity.

If you want to inject PvE with new life, something like the animus control panel would be a good place to start. Hell, why not just build a mission editor on what's already there?

I dunno, just a rambling thought from someone who would LOVE a reason to dump another 500+ hours into your game. It was a great ride, can you blame some of us for wanting a way to continue the experience?

Fair enough, it seems I glazed over some vital info here.

try reading for context instead of titles!

the OP does bring up a very valid point!! the pve at this point in the game is as dead as an be aside from the breadcrumbs we get here n there, GRW seems to have been left in the dust with extra stuff to do (mission editors etc)

I take it you mean some kind of panel that has stats similar to the Animus Control Panel, vs an actual Animus Control Panel? Otherwise it would be pretty silly and wouldn't fit the game at all. Then again, I'm one of those whom feel not just Narco Road, but the Predator stuff doesn't really fit either.

I know this IS a Tom Clancy Title, and that he popularized near future warfare in his novels, but putting too much sci fi in a GR title just doesn't seem right. All Clancy's ideas were extrapolations of what already existed, and a LOT of it has come into being real world stuff.

I'm for leaving the Predator in the Predator and AvP movies and games, and the Animus in Assassin's Creed, where they belong. I mean come on guys. Clearly some are so institutionalized by this game they think everything has to revolve around it, including things that don't pertain to it at all or make any sense.

"Near future" in his novels stuck to mostly modern day tech, though. "Twenty minutes in the future," as TV Tropes calls it. Even in the original GR, barring the V-22 Osprey an XM29, featured nothing that would be out of place in Iraq or Afghanistan when the game was released.

    Bingo.

I hate AC and don't want to see any more elements from that IP in GRW beyond that horrible, horrible costume. But enhanced gameplay editing options? Sign me right the hell up.
