I have just finished Far Cry 5 and without a doubt its one of the most fun games i have played in a long time, i also enjoyed that it did not feel repetitive to me.
Im not gonna go on about pros and cons as i am sure everyone else has said what i have been thinking. Although i would love to see a Discovery mode in Montana and Survival/New Game Plus mode as i felt the game was wayy too easy for a Far Cry game.
What i am most wanting to know is... DOES THE STORY END LIKE THIS???
Feels like its open to a Far Cry 5 Part two... although if it was it should be done in a Last of Us style now everything has been Nuked. But i dont feel satisfied with the ending i was waiting for the next thing the next part and when the credits rolled i was like... there has to be some follow on from this and surely cant be left..
Does anyone know if the story is finished in a DLC or what is the plans...
I will be gutted if this is the ending we got.
Other things to note on:
* I played using a female which i felt this game was not built for...
* Far Cry Primal remains my favourite as i love Survival and progression in form of increasing my camp and watching it grow it felt rewarding as you play. This comes after it as it was alot of fun
* End game needs to be improved as once you finish game its just an empty world once you done everything.
look forward to DLC
Well from what I can figure out from the 3 advertised DLCs, they have absolutely nothing to do with the base game story line. One is about "Zombies", one is about "Veitnam" and one is about giant spider like creatures on Mars. I don't know why some genius at Ubisoft came up with that one, so glad I only bought the base game.
Curious statement, what did you find was the issue?Originally Posted by TheMessianic Go to original post
I played as a female deputy and noticed nothing jarring.
The details of the three DLCs scheduled for this game are already available. Take a look on Ubi's web site or one of the gaming sites and see what you think. I already posted about this and far as I can see, they have absolutely nothing to do with the game's campaign story line.Originally Posted by TheMessianic Go to original post
