    Unequipping/halting I'm guessing. I wouldn't mind for certain skills

Oh, you mean he's asking how to disable or reallocate a skill? Yeah, if so, that cannot be done. Doesn't bother me because I always played on Tier One mode and spent a lot of time grinding resources to pay for Tier upgrades. I've always been able to max out all the skills by the end of the game.

That said, if your intent is to disable a skill or skills because you don't like the result of having them, vs would rather prioritize another skill, then I can see the point. This would especially pertain to Rebel skills. However I spent an hour or two testing a new play through once where the Rebels were intervening even though I hadn't done any Rebel missions.

Just that one forced protect the radio side mission tutorial for Rebels you have to do early in the game is enough to turn them into lapdogs that follow you around. Since they wrote Pac Katari as a main character and made Rebel tools a staple of the gameplay, I'm afraid there's not much you can really do to avoid it.

I always thought this would be a nice option to be able to disable skills you have unlocked or move points back into the pool. It would be a quick solution to helping change the challenge level without starting over with a new character. .....and some of these skills can have a huge impact on the gameplay experience.

It would be nice to give people the ability to tailor that as they play to find the right combination that works for them. .....or to be able to change it at any time depending on what your coop team prefers or whatever you find strikes your fancy that day.

Yeah, I'd likely take the opportunity to carry a realistic amount of gear. No lures, no mines, a few bangers, couple of frags, but alls the C4. Max ammo count dependent on the worn vest. It could be fun to permutate.
