    talents

2 for explosions, 1 for bleed, and 1 for immunity

once the delta stuff is sorted out I plan to try out some legendary missions solo see how it holds up.

mods are skill haste, dmg to elites, seeker explode radius, sticky explode radius

seeker/sticky mods I plan to change out for dmg instead of radius.
You might want to consider using a Relentless backpack when tackling more challenging content. (It gives you back as health, 5% of the damage done by your skills). Since the overwhelming majority of your damage dealt by a Tact build is coming from your skills, you're going to have a nice, nearly constant source of healing available to you.

Without it, I find that I have to play much more conservatively and hang back out of the action, which isn't always practical (or possible...or fun, for that matter). Not to mention that you rely much more on your Medkits...which can be a problem since, obviously, you have a limited supply of them.

Couple that with Recovery Link in case you get caught in a really bad situation, and if you have Determined on at least one of your weapons, that'll help shorten the cooldown so that you can get your ult right back up with minimal downtime.

Either that, or run a support station...which eats up one of the skills.

Also, this may be stating the obvious for some people, but it took me several months of playing before I realized this:

You don't need to kill an enemy with your gun in order to get the talents of that gun to proc. All you need is to be holding that gun as your active weapon when an enemy takes damage/dies.

So for example, you can throw out a seeker mine, then as an enemy is bleeding out, switch to a weapon with Predatory, and without ever firing a bullet from that weapon, you'll get the health boost. Similarly...if you're holding a weapon with Destructive, your sticky bomb is going to do 15% extra enemy armor damage. Throw out a seeker, and every enemy it kills will reduce your skill cooldowns if you have Determined on the weapon you're carrying.

Again, probably obvious to a lot of people reading this, but I remember that once I made this realization, it was like a light bulb went on because then I really started to understand build synergy and what could be achieved by experimenting with different aspects.

When you say a relentless backpack Im assuming you mean a back piece with relentless rolled for the talent?

also for your other post just above this one, I pretty much learnt by watching a tutorial of what all the stats meant via YouTube, the main thing I dont get is I had 198 elec/3% DTE mods in all gear possible, and changed them all out for 364 elec / 3,322 skill power and didnt see much difference even though my skill power went from 398k to 421k-427k give or take.

Still had 28%-33% DTE, 31% dmg to armor

Also I had a question but didnt feel like making a new thread perhaps you could answer it? How do I go about buying or even getting a lower gear score weapon, does changing the difficulty simply effect the drops / GS of gear we see dropping? If so what GS should I aim for? I was going to buy a 204-228 thinking that would be best, not to low not to high, as far as requirements for talents anyways. But cant even find any to see for sure.

Best way to get a 204 weapon is to craft one yourself. Check the vendors in the terminal (lower level of the BOO) and at Camp Clinton for blueprints of 204 weapons, preferably ARs if you can get them.

He means a 'High-End' (gold) backpack with Relentless as its special ability, to clarify.

Yeah, you lose a little off the Electronics power, but the healing is tremendous.

Inventive is only useful if one can maintain perfect health. Doing that on some of the Legendaries can be difficult.

If it's working for you, great. ^_^

For myself, I prefer to get the massive healing that Relentless gives - it allows me to shoot people with my 256 AR (Talented, Competent, and Destructive) to proc Talented more often (don't care about keeping that health at max, get healing from skills so I can shoot more), and get THAT 15% bonus more often as well.

    It's playstyle, really.

aside from weapon hows the other stats looking (on my end) are they decent for a GS272 person?

I don't really care about Gear Score (it's an illusion, really), so I wouldn't be able to tell you how that stacks up. Sorry.

I'm running 28% DTE WITHOUT Ferocious - some people run a lot higher, but that's just how my numbers come out because I don't bother with DtE Mods and I prefer EAD over DtE (purples in Legendaries can be nasty).

31% EAD seems a little low if that's what it is with your AR active. But then, you don't have Destructive. My AR + Equipment grants me 53% EAD, which makes a big difference.

Skillpower is fine, other than the fact that it'll drop a lot when you get hurt.

31% skill haste is kind of low for a Tac build. That's going to make a difference. What's the cooldown time on your seekers? With a 48% skill haste / 407 skill power (constant, not dependant on Barret's or Inventive, and without considering Talented or Tac stacks), mine are going out every 11.4 seconds. <-- This is an example, I'm sure other people have managed better.
