But it's not suppressor that makes gun really silent, but a subsonic ammunition. Any suppressor out there can not eliminate supersonic crack that appears when bullet leaves the barrel/suppressor.
Also I do not know the issue with Five-Seven Blacklist, because it is silent. Tested lot's of times in different situations. Ingame stats, if those are referred - are completely incorrect, but if I remember right even those show that this weapon is silent.
The integral suppressor of the MP5 SD actually reduces the speed of supersonic 9mm round so that it leaves the barrel at subsonic speeds. So it is possible for a suppressor to eliminate the supersonic crack. It's just a matter of reducing the bullet velocity.

    1) blacklist is perfect as it is. if you want to mod it you can grab normal 5.7 and add ugly suppressor\laser sight and paint it any color you have.
2)the game doesn't shot it as Loud. the game souw it as Not Having Supperssor Attachment (that means you can't add or remove suppressor. not that it's loud)

for me the current state of blacklist is one of the main selling points of year2 season pass.

Yeah that was also a colossal fail. F=MA, and as the 9mm is already missing mass, when you take away the acceleration you aren't left with much force either. Things like the .45 get away with throwing subsonic lead on the simple fact that they are throwing an awefully large hunk of it. MP5SD allowed you the unique experience of shooting an enemy in the face, and then having them wake up and shoot you in the back.

The MP-5 SD (SD = Schalldämpfer, German for “sound suppressor”) is quiet with a CDI (Chicks Dig It) factor off the scale. There is, however, an ugly secret. In 1989, you could find these low signature babies in the arms rooms of every elite unit in America.

On December 20th, 1989, all of that changed.

During the early hours of Operation Just Cause in Panama, some of these units shot PEOPLE with these guns. You see, the barrel on the MP-5 SD is short and it has holes in it. It takes most 9mm rounds below the speed of sound. This is why it is quiet. This is why it is non-lethal. Shooting paper, it makes terrifying rips and tears.

After shooting people with poor results, the M-4 became America’s sweetheart and the MP-5 became the retro gun favored by people who don’t understand physics.

Honestly no firearm, is "silent" when you put a suppressor on it. Some are quieter than others. For a semi-auto pistol you need a slide lock(like the HK Mk 23 has) to keep the slide from cycling to make them anywhere near quiet. If you look at the history of integral suppressors on weapons, they rarely work out well.
