I got them, too, but don't know how either. Might have been from a loot box, not sure.
Ok, cool thanks. I guess I'll try to get more loot boxes then. Another thing is, is that its not listed in the appearance load out screen at all. Locked or unlocked.
I thought they were yoking until I saw the tank pants in my inventory. I legitimately don't remember unlocking them.
I wish we could be more help, friend. Sorry.
Its cool. Thanks. I'll try a few more loot crates. They look pretty awesome with the heavy armor vest.
